I found the Microlife was the only unit that offered Windows Vista compatible software/downloads for my operating system... I also took the unit to my doctors office and found the varation/deviation to be less than 1% from their readings…This is a great procduct and I would recommend it to anyone that requires daily/weekly/monthly blood pressure maintenance… can easily be transported for trips and vacations.
