I was a CNA for near 2 years, and was used to carrying one of these around with me everywhere ever i went. This one is so huge and bulky, that it would be near impossible to do that again. It is louder than normal also. I do not like it as greatly as my previous brands, which I was unable to fine online. I do not reckon it was value the 50 bucks I spent on it.
