   This cuff is exactly what I looked-for to get an accurate blood pressure reading. It is solely like the smaller cuff that came with the tester apart from for the better size.

   My husband has pretty large arms and was unable to share my Omron digital blood pressure monitor until now. This cuff accommodates his MIGHTY PYTHONS and allows him to keep track of his blood pressure. Really splendid for anyone who does not be inflicted with the average size arm. I would recommend that you measure your arm first previous to buying it to ensure that you are surrounded by 13-17′. This cuff must not be used by anyone who has a smaller arm since you will not obtain accurate bp readings.

   My husband looked-for this as his arms are too huge for the regular size cuff that comes standard with the monitor we bought. It works splendid!

   Works fine– and truly looked-for simply because the original cuff was too small. Instructions describe the monitors having an “air jack” which is not the case on the HEM-432C which I be inflicted with, though the cuff says it’s compatible with all Omron involuntary or manual monitors with D-Ring cuffs.

   With the HEM-432C, you be inflicted with to attach it from the hose, not the plastic connector on the end, and in order to do that I had to cut the end off the hose. Fortunately, the hose on the new cuff is identical to the hose on the ancient so it fit fine and works without problem. Instructions must make this apparent, but it worked out OK for me so it’s not a huge deal…

   My arm is too huge around for the regular cuff, so this is a splendid addition to the kit. I can take my blood pressure and report it to my doctor. If you use a smaller cuff, it tells you your pressure is too distinguished, when it isn’t. Use the better cuff if it is over 13 inches.
