I can take my blood pressure and report it to my doctor. If you use a smaller cuff, it tells you your pressure is too high, when it isn't. Use the larger cuff if it is over 13 inches.

Review by K. Doyle for OMRON H003D Large Adult Accessory Cuff Rating: Works fine-- and sorely needed simply because the original cuff was too small. Instructions describe the monitors having an "air jack" which is not the case on the HEM-432C which I have, though the cuff says it's compatible with all Omron automatic or manual monitors with D-Ring cuffs.

With the HEM-432C, you have to attach it from the hose, not the plastic connector on the end, and in order to do that I had to cut the end off the hose. Fortunately, the hose on the new cuff is identical to the hose on the old so it fit fine and works without problem. Instructions should make this clear, but it worked out OK for me so it's not a big deal...

This cuff accommodates his MIGHTY PYTHONS and allows him to keep track of his blood pressure. Really great for anyone who does not have the average size arm. I would recommend that you measure your arm first before buying it to ensure that you are within 13-17'. This cuff should not be used by anyone who has a smaller arm since you will not obtain accurate bp readings.
