Being a table model, you must position this machine on a table that is about sensitivity level and be able to sit back straight in a chair with feet flat on the floor. Very tiresome to get in this position because of the angle of the cuff and machine. You keep getting a terrible carriage picture on the machine and low blood pressure readings. This is not like the machines located in your local pharmacy. Even my husband expected inaccurate readings because of the carriage required to get an accurate reading. Persistent machine now. But, buyer beware. I did not know that here would be a 10% restocking fee which turns out to be $20. When I questioned OMRON customer service, they said I must be inflicted with gone to their locate for their return policy. This is not confirmed on the web page when bought through Amazon – you be inflicted with click on and go to the company shipping the item. Even though I did get free shipping, I now be inflicted with to pay a 10% restocking fee and return shipping – out $30 now.

By and large, accurate and very simple to use, bulky as a table top item. One problem is here is no clean liner for the cuff, reason is that the cuff is not washable or serviceable, and expensive to replace. Liners are rumor has it that available but Omron makes no try to give them. I be inflicted with talked to them several times. My solution now is an empty plastic bread bag cut to form a tube to slide my arm through.
